A Message From President Marston

To all of the missionaries serving in the
 California Roseville Mission 


Dear Missionaries,

We are always aware of the fact that Heavenly Father hears and answers our prayers.

The arrival of Sister Hood in our mission is a specific answer to my prayers.

As many of you know we had a missionary return home last week due to medical concerns.

We needed to create a trio of sisters to cover two proselyting areas many miles apart.  Not an ideal situation.

The very next day I received a call from the missionary department of the Church informing me that Sister Hood was fully recovered from her injury that occurred at the MTC in March 2016.  

 She was now ready to come to our mission and when could we receive her.

My answer was YESTERDAY!  The earliest everything could be arranged for her arrival was for today.   And here she is.

We welcome Sister Hood to our mission as a direct answer to prayers.

(All of you were also direct answers to prayers as well, albeit not to meet such a specific need)
We pray for you and we love you.
